Committee members are part of creating and selling official Hot August Nights merchandise, as well as helping to make sure the stores run smoothly during the event.
This Committee is responsible for assisting with inventory management throughout the year, setup and stocking of souvenir merchandise booths, and overseeing sales and inventory during pop-up events and the main event.

All meetings are held from March to July unless otherwise noted.
The Merchandise Committee meets on the fourth Thursday of the month starting in March.
All meeting dates are subject to change and unless otherwise specified are held at the Hot August Nights office (1425 E. Greg Street, Sparks) at 5:30 pm. If you miss a meeting, please check with your Chairman for a copy of the minutes.
