This committee is responsible for coordinating all judged car shows—from selecting trophies to assisting judges during Show-n-Shines. They support event managers and chairmen with car registration verifications, handle winner notifications, help with award presentations, and oversee logistics for the Grand Finale.
At both Spring Fever and the Main Event, the committee provides daily support for Show-n-Shines in downtown Reno, Sparks, and the main venue, ensuring smooth judging, accurate registrations, and seamless award presentations.
All meetings are held from March to July unless otherwise noted.
The Awards Committee meets the fourth Wednesday of the month.
All meeting dates are subject to change and unless otherwise specified are held at the Hot August Nights office (1425 E. Greg Street, Sparks) at 5:30 pm. If you miss a meeting, please check with your Chairman for a copy of the minutes.
