New to the event, Hot August Nights Vintage Trailer Revival will be the talk of the park, trailer park that is! Vintage trailers 1976 and older will be able to dry camp for the week long event.

With registration you will be able to participate in a Show-n-Shine competition and receive 2 credentials to access all Hot August Nights venues.

MUST BE 1976 OR OLDER; ONLY 150 SPOTS AVAILABLE, REGISTER TODAY TO SECURE YOUR SPACE!

Cost: $250 for Trailer and Non-HAN registered classic tow vehicle

Hot August Nights Rules & Regulations:

  • Hot August Nights Reserves the right to cancel any registration found not to meet requirements of Hot August Nights’ vehicle specifications.
  • Politically affiliated printed material or “For Sale signs” are NOT ALLOWED on registered vehicles during Hot August Nights activity.
  • Participants may not sell merchandise of any type.
  • Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than July 1, 2017. No refunds or cancellations after July 1, 2017. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
  • Due to liability waiver requirements HOT AUGUST NIGHTS ENTRIES ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE and CANNOT BE SOLD by anyone other than Hot August Nights, Inc. The HOT AUGUST NIGHTS vehicle registration sticker to be given at Check-In can only be used on the HOT AUGUST NIGHTS registered vehicle.
  • Event Management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of Hot August Nights, Inc. Open headers, unnecessary tirespin, or any other dangerous or inappropriate behavior will result in management eviction of an entrant and/or his/her vehicle. Law enforcement will confiscate window sticker and possible cite any violators. In case of eviction, Hot August Nights will not refund entry fees.
  • For safety reasons, use of pneumatics and hydraulics on any registered vehicle is strictly prohibited during any official Hot August Nights cruise that the Hot August Nights identification sticker is displayed in the widow of the vehicle.
  • $250.00 fee is for entrance into park for vintage trailer and tow vehicle only. Classic vehicle registration for Hot August Nights main event is an extra fee. Please see combo package.
  • Ok to cruise vintage trailer with any year/make/model vehicle in Open Cruise in Sparks on Tuesday, August 8th
  • Ok to cruise vintage trailer with any year/make/model vehicle in the Grand Finale’ Parade on Sunday, August 13th.
  • Dry camp only (no hook-ups)

 

Washoe County Park Rules & Regulations:

  • All participants of the Event must comply with all general park rules and regulations. In addition to the general park rules and regulations, the following rules will apply during the events:
  • Canister or propane barbecues/stoves are allowed. HOWEVER, campfires, charcoal barbecues or other open flames are prohibited.
  • Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Generators can only be operated during non-quiet hours.
  • Sleeping tents and sleeping outside is prohibited.
  • All gray and black water must be contained. Dumping of gray or black water is prohibited. Hot August Nights will contract with a local company to provide onsite pumping of both gray water and black water tanks.
  • Showering, bathing or washing at any water faucet is prohibited.
  • Posted park speed limits must be adhered to.
  • All access in and out of the park after normal park hours will be limited to the Sierra Street gate only. Participants must make every reasonable effort to enter and exit the park quietly and respectfully.
  • Camping areas must be kept clean and clear of trash.
  • Hook up to any park electrical service is prohibited.
  • Overnight campers must have one adult (18 or older) per assigned location.
