All Applications Must Be Preapproved by HAN
Setup: Thursday, July 30th, 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Show Hours: Friday, July 31st – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, August 2nd – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Teardown: Saturday after 5:00pm
- Due to HAN’s Non-Profit status, all political affiliated merchandise must be limited and remain within the inside of your booth parameters and may not be advertised.
- Vendors must close nightly by 6:00pm.
- 50% is required when application is submitted.
- Remaining balance is due no later than July 1st.
- All vendors must carry their own Liability Insurance.
Once application is submitted and approved you will receive a payment link to submit your vendor space payment via credit card. PLEASE NOTE…payment must be received within 10 days from receipt of the payment link.
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS AFTER JULY 1st, 2026
