Best Stock Restored
The Nugget Stock Competition for Best Stock Restored is for any automobile that has been rebuilt, refurbished, or restored to a condition that resembles, as closely as possible, the condition of the automobile when delivered from the factory.
- Paint must represent the type and color that the factory or dealer made available to the buyer at the time of original purchase.
- Upholstery type, style and color must represent what the factory offered for that automobile.
- Trim must be of the type offered by the factory, whether it was painted, chrome, nickel or brass.
- Drive train must be stock and of a type available from the factory at time of manufacture.
- All accessories must be of the type and period offered by the manufacturer or dealer at the time of original purchase.
- Safety items, i.e. seat belts, safety glass or turn signals will not be factored against any automobile when considering originality, as long as these items are installed in a tasteful manner.

Competition will take place on Friday, August 7th at the Sparks venue site.

Best Stock Original
The Nugget Stock Competition for Best Stock Original is for any automobile that has been maintained in the condition it was when assembled by the factory.
- All components of the automobile should be the same as they were when the automobile was manufactured and delivered new. The exception will be components that have deteriorated with use or age to the point that they will no longer provide safe or satisfactory service, i.e. tires, belts, hoses, batteries and other wear items.
- Any repair, refurbishing or restoration will detract from the automobile’s originality, except for those repairs which are necessary to maintain the safe and proper operation of the automobile.
- Safety items, i.e. seat belts, safety glass or turn signals, will not be factored against any automobile when considering originality, as long as those items are installed in a tasteful manner.
