Winning Ticket Drawn for Hot August Nights
1957 Chevy Raffle Car
On October 6th at our Fall Frenzy event, the winning ticket for our 1957 Chevy raffle car for charity was pulled out a large pile of tickets.
The lucky winners Reno resident Jackie Lundquist and her husband Willy have been buying raffle tickets every year since Hot August Nights started a car raffle. Hot August Nights car participants for the last 11 years, the Lundquist's plan on showing the car for many years to come.
Jackie, who enters contests all the time has the lucky touch according to her husband. While Jackie may be lucky, she said she was so surprised when she found out she won, that she thought it was just a prank.
No prank, just a very happy winner. Look for Jackie and Willy to be cruising in the '57 Chevy at Hot August Nights 2008.
